We are situated in a semi-rural setting on the A269, 3 miles from the sea at Bexhill. Breakfast, if required, is served in the rooms and we offer special long stay and reduced rates for families. The accommodation originally formed part of the outbuildings and stables within walled gardens of Manor Barn, which stands in the grounds of Lunsford Manor, and was converted sometime ago. For the past fifteen years we have been using the rooms for bed and breakfast.
